Hailey also serves in a consultative role for agencies and businesses looking to provide education and mental health treatment. She has collaborated on several projects to create online courses and treatment programs for people struggling with a variety of issues, including alcohol addiction, binge eating, anger management issues, impulse control issues, and relationship conflicts.
